At the request of members of the IL2 forum, I created a single player tank battle with the player in the Tiger tank.
Early reports are favorable.
The files required are within the attached .zip.
Place the mission files and the Audio folder in your games Missions folder, close your hatches and attack. Good luck.
You command the southern German Battle Group.
