I just found this game that is supposed to be released early next month. Its called Stellaris and it's by Paradox interactive. I have played other titles from this company and they are all quite good. Might be worth checking out.

Yes, I have that game, and it is quite good. I have Galactic Civilizations 2 also. I agree the first one was the best.
