Special announcement. At some point in the very near future, there should be a chat room enabled on this site. For some strange reason I am experiencing a delay in the time from when I enable something in the admin panel to when it actually displays. I have no idea why this is happening, but the shout box has been disabled and the chat room has been enabled and hasn't shown up yet. Hopefully it will magically appear like a few other things did when I enabled them. Time will tell
