Judging by these pictures taken nearly exactly one year apart I lost most of that 50 from my face alone. Happily, I went off nutrisystem for the summer and started eating regular food again just to see if I could maintain, and I was able to do so without gaining anything back. Learning portion control was the key. The portion we Americans are used to eating are and you don't even realize it until you actually see first hand what sized portions you really need to sustain yourself. I'm back on NS now and am going to try to drop another 20 or so and see how I feel there and decide what to do after that.
