I could be wrong, but I think this is an early rendition of the caterpillar ship from Star Citizen. This is supposedly the evil twin of the Freelancer. It masquerades as a freighter, but is heavily armored and carries a crew of 5 that can be used to board pirated ships as pirates are apparently the primary purchasers of this ship class.
