Sad but true. There is an ever growing element that thrives on and depends on division and strife for it's very survival. The Democratic party comes to mind. They have no reason to exist unless they are able to convince large swaths of the population that they are victims and therefore should seek to punish those who aren't victims. Fool is the perfect term for such people.
